Quotation and reservation
The fastest way is provided from our BOOKING ON LINE system: choose the period and the system will show you our availability and relative price. If you prefer, you can directly proceed with the booking: on our website you will find always the most advantageous rate and the guarantee of a safe payment by credit card.
Alternatively, you can fill the formulary for the quotation request and we will answer to you in the shortest possible time. It’s also possible to require the price of an accommodation or a pitch by phone, our staff is always at your disposal to suggest you the best solution for your holiday.
– ON LINE on our website, a credit card is requested to secure the booking.
– EMAIL if you have already received our quotation via e-mail, you can just answer to it and we will send the reservation.
– TELEPHONE if you already know what to book, you can just call us.
Within 48 hours from the booking, you will receive an E-mail with all the information about it. Our policy doesn’t provide booking in option.
It’s possible to modify the booking (arrival and departure date or the accomodation type) within 14 days before the arrival in the Village. The changes are always subject to the availability.
The booking is confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit. In our booking offer you will find all the useful information for the payment.
It is accepted the payment by:
– Bank Transfer Intesa Sanpaolo Spa – Account holder: Ca’ Pasquali Village IBAN: IT23 H030 6983 2101 0000 0005 552 – Swift BIC code: BCITITMM. It is very important to specify the reservation number: “Rif. N°xxx“
– Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa), if you book directly from our website.
It’s possible to modify the extra services within 3 days before the arrival (for example is possible to add/rimove: half board or full board)
Following the update of the cancellation policy, the following conditions apply to bookings made before 25 July 2026:
The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is communicated to Ca’ Pasquali Village at least 14 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation, a fee of €20.00 will be retained as cancellation costs.
For bookings made from 25 July 2026 onwards, the new cancellation conditions apply:
The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is communicated to Ca’ Pasquali Village at least 21 days before the arrival date. In this case, a fee of €20.00 will also be retained as cancellation costs.
After the applicable deadlines, the full amount paid will be retained.

“Personal area” is the page of your account, available exclusively on the booking page in the top right corner of the website. This section allows you to easily manage your reservations. On your first login, you need to create your account by entering your username and password or your booking details. If the system shows an error message, you can click on “Forgot password” to set a new password.
Before the arrival/useful information
Please come to the Reception with the ID cards, the booking confirmation and the number plate of your car.
To speed up the check-in procedures, a few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to carry out the web check-in.
Pitch:The entrance for the pitch is guaranteed from 12:00 p.m.; of course you can go in earlier if is available, and it’s possible until 11:00 p.m.
Maxi Caravan: We guarantee the key of the accommodation from 4.00 p.m., but we will do everything possible to give you before. In each case you can check-in at your arrival and use all the facilities of the camping after that.
In case of late arrival we kindly ask you to immediately inform the Management. After 11:00 p.m. is it possible to come in only by feet and only for those who have booked accommodation. You can get the key of your accommodation at the night reception.
Pitch:On the day of departure, guests have to leave by 11.00 am; after this time, the guests will pay one day more.
Maxi Caravan: On the day of departure, guests are asked to leave the accommodation by 10.00 am
A departure at night or outside the usual time must be previously authorized and confirmed by the Managment; in this case we kindly ask our guests to park their car in the external parking of the campsite by 11.00 pm.
All accommodations include sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and beach towels for all people and beach service with 2 sunbeds and an umbrella as well as final cleaning.

During the holiday
To get all the information upon your arrival and during your stay HERE
The Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (no stop). From 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. the campsite entrance will be closed. For this reason no vehicles can enter or exit, except for motorcycles with their engine switched off.
Accommodation
The accommodation and the reserved parking space must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Immediately after leaving the accommodation, please go to the Reception staff to return the keys and identification bracelets.
Pitch
The pitch must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. When leaving the campsite, simply inform the entrance staff of your departure. You will be asked to show the payment receipt and return the bracelets. Don’t forget to collect your documents.
For nighttime departures (or departures outside of reception hours), you must inform Reception in advance, the day before. The staff will explain how to proceed.
Staying in the Village on the Day of Departure
To stay in the village on the day of departure, ask at Reception if a late check-out is possible. This will be available only depending on accommodation availability and during the low season.
If the accommodation is occupied or if you decide not to keep the accommodation, you must move your car (perhaps parking it in the external parking area) and you can stay in the village until 10:00 PM without any additional charge.
If the accommodation is available, you can choose a late check-out, keeping the accommodation until 7:00 PM and paying €50. Additionally, you can stay in the village until 10:00 PM, enjoying one last day of vacation.
In this case, please inform the Reception staff at check-out, and the bracelets must be worn.
Access to the water park and the beach is free. You can rent a beach umbrella for the day at the beach and pool info points.
Cashier hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
The “tourist tax” will also be applied to the balance of the stay, which is equal to 0.90 cents per person per day regardless of age
