Perfect for small families or couples who love comfort, the Gold Holiday Residence is similar to the Top Residence, the difference being the slightly smaller size. Located in the central area of the village but immersed in the greenery of the pine forest, it has two rooms, a bathroom and a veranda for your outdoor lunches and dinners.
We provide free cots, side rails and high chairs.
It is possible to add breakfast, half board and full board to the overnight stay at our restaurant.

Climate (cold / hot air), mosquito nets. Double bedroom (190×140 cm bed) and safe-box. Twin bedroom (190×70 cm beds) that can be joined to form a double bed + 3rd raised bed (150×70 cm). Living room with 19 ” Sat-TV, the sofa corner in the living room can be transformed into 5th and possibly 6th bed. Modern kitchenette (4-burner stove) with a large inventory of dishes and equipment, 200-liter refrigerator complete with small cold room, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and an Italian moka.. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, hairdryer.
External equipment: External 6×2.5 m. Wooden veranda, large table with 6 chairs, 2 relaxation loungers next to the mobile home, car parking.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
1 set of towels and sheets for each guest with mid-week change of bathroom towels (for stays longer than 8 nights, there is also a complete change of sheets, towels, beach towels and mid-week mid-week cleaning);
Tablecloth for outdoor table + 2 tea towels for the kitchen;
Beach towel for each guest with mid-week change;
Uncovered park for 1 car;

Entrance to the water park and swimming pool is free for all guests. The hire of parasols and sun loungers at the pool is subject to a charge.
