The “Top Residence” mobile home is the most comfortable and best equipped model. The mobile home is equipped with spacious and good organized interior rooms with a big bathroom. Ideal for the most demanding family for its spacious rooms and the wonderful wooden veranda, it is recommended for four/five people, but it can also host up to seven people.

Booking availability: From Saturday to Saturday 7 days min. From Sunday to Sunday 7 days min. - From Wednesday to Wednesday 7 days min.

The PRICE, in EURO, per day, refers to the Caravan without persons (min. 2 persons). It's included: gas, electric lighting, hot and cold water, kitchen pans and equipment, complete furnishings in the Caravan for the number of the lodging-beds, parking place for one car,swimming pool, 10% vat.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
The booking will be fully confirmed only when the confirmation deposit has been paid. € 20,00 must always be paid as booking fees. For each Mobile Home the payment of the total bill must be made within 3 days of the arrival. The booked period will be completely charged even in case of late arrival or early departure, for a minimum of 2 persons. Failure to arrive by 10.00 a.m. on the following day without prior communication will be considered cancelled. The payment of the deposit is an agreement for the generates conditions of our regulations.
ARRIVALS after 4,00 pm. DEPARTURES before 10,00 am.
At the arrival is requested a DEPOSIT of € 100,00 which will be returned after the control before the departure. The accommodation should be left in perfect order, fully equipped and completely clean. An eventual request of cleaning must be made one day before the departure. Such service will be charged at the going rate. Night departures or departures outside office hours must be agreed with Management beforehand. The camping can change without notice the booked number of units.
It is possible to make a pre-reservation during the summer season for the following year by paying an advance of the deposit amounting to €70,00 (of this amount € 20,00 are like bookingfees). The customer will be asked by letter to pay the rest of the deposit, and will receive at the same time the new price list. Booking can only be considered as definite after receipt of our letter of confirmation and payment in full of the requested confirmatory deposit (Section 1385 Italian Civil Code). The Management reserves the right to refuse confirmatory deposits reaching us after the date given in the letter containing the offer. The cost of the entire stay must be paid within 3 days of your arrival. We would remind you that the number of beds available per type of accommodation cannot be increased.
